Unification and the Baldwin Factor - The Baldwin Solution (BS) Theory of Everything

This manuscript introduces the Baldwin Solution (BS), a unified cosmological framework that replaces the expanding FLRW metric with a static Minkowski manifold. We demonstrate that cosmological redshift is not a result of metric expansion but an intrinsic temporal evolution of matter scales driven by a cosmic dilaton field $\phi(t)$. This framework resolves the hierarchy problem, the cosmological constant problem, and dark energy/matter tensions through an exact conformal symmetry enforced by the proprietary quantum operator: the Baldwin Factor ($\mathbf{\mathcal{B}_{cf}}$).
