HVP Source-Access Reference Framework

HVP Source-Access Reference Framework collects the Quantum Traction Theory (QTT) treatment of hadronic vacuum polarization (HVP) into a single reference paper. Its purpose is not to introduce a new fitted contribution to the muon anomalous magnetic moment. The purpose is to separate three objects that ordinary HVP discussion routinely conflates: the frozen QCD vector-current source, the muon photon-clock kernel that compresses that source, and the laboratory access rows (R(s), Fπ(s), lattice, e+e−, and τ data) that experiments actually publish. The framework is written inside Artian Geometry and the Access Law of the QTT main book. Core source equation. aμHVP = (αλ2 / 3π2) ∫ KVP(s/mμ2) Rsrc(s) d ln s, with the source forbidden by construction to depend on aμexp, lattice HVP, measured R(s), or fitted resonance parameters. This "constructor firewall" is the central discipline of the paper: the source is printed before any observation row is read. Eight-row vector source ledger. Rsrc(s) = (11/3) Σξ νξ χξ(s), with the normalized source weights ν = (1/704)·(279, 31, 62, 9, 1, 2, 256, 64) over the basis (ρ/2π, ω, φ, 4π, ωπ, K&Kmacron;, c, b). The light u,d,s block carries 6/11 of the total; the charm and bottom blocks carry 256/704 and 64/704. The 18:2:4 light-vector charge ledger. The relative ρ:ω:φ source shares (3/4, 1/12, 1/6) = (1/24)·(18, 2, 4) are the squared electric-charge amplitudes of the light vector current — not fitted branching fractions. They follow directly from the quark charges (2/3, −1/3, −1/3). The 2π/ρ scalar access factor. The dominant access factor is R2π/ρ = exp[−15/(64ρ)] = 0.960428894985, with ρ = 2π cos(π/8) = 5.804906…. The numerator 15 = 18 − 3 (the exposed ρ/2π vector share after three neutral closure panels); the denominator 64ρ records edge doubling, the 32-surface closure, and the ρ-projection rail. Applied to the older intermediate-window dispersion value 198.8(1.1)×10−10, the factor yields 206.99(1.15)×10−10, a +0.257σ pull against the independent lattice comparator 206.6(1.0)×10−10. The raw, no-access comparison of the same two numbers is approximately −5.25σ. Row-topology ladder. Laboratory rows read the frozen source through integer access steps λd = qHVPn, with qHVP = exp[−15/(512ρ)] = 0.994965798198 and legal row integers n ∈ {0, 2, 3, 4, 8}; n = 8 reproduces the dominant 2π/ρ factor exactly. Status discipline. Green labels are kept scoped to printed source/access structures and public scalar audits: the source-access grammar, the constructor firewall, the finite HVP access complex, the 18:2:4 charge ledger, the normalized eight-row source vector, the kernel-compression master equation, the laboratory R(s) access architecture, the 2π/ρ scalar bridge, and scoped narrow-vector pole audits. Explicitly kept yellow (open) in this version: full binned laboratory R(s) curves, experiment covariance packets and preprocessing hashes, a true prospective blind run (the present scalar checks are retrospective audits), row-specific population for the Gounaris–Sakurai and peak conventions, a no-fit high-energy light-continuum completion, and a complete end-to-end aμHVP number with no access gap. This is the fourth in the QTT family of source-access reference papers, after the charged-lepton, neutrino, and quark/CKM family-rank theorems, and it inherits their reference methodology (print the source before the row; keep green labels scoped; leave open items yellow). AI-assistance transparency. The ideas are author-controlled. AI tools were used for formalization, editing, mapping, and audit assistance only; every numerical claim is independently checkable through the main book, this record, and the QTT Observatory. read more about QTT and AI on page 92 of the book, use of AI was necessasity to develop the framework as humans were not interested to collabrate on radical ideas that questions the existing and established textbooks. Abstract
