chi-Space and the phi→chi Boundary Black Holes, Metric Anisotropy, and Lorentz Invariance Violation within the Framework of FKGP 4.0
Within the Fractal Quantum Holographic Paradigm (FKGP 4.0) reality is structured into two projection channels: the phi-channel (observable spacetime, limiting speed c) and the chi-channel (informational substrate, effective speed Veff >> c). This paper extends the framework by identifying and analysing the phi→chi boundary — the physical surface at which the phi-channel collapses and the chi-substrate becomes the sole operative domain. We show that the Terrell-Penrose relativistic rotation effect is a measurable precursor of phi-channel degradation at v→c; that the Schwarzschild event horizon constitutes a stationary phi→chi boundary; and that in both cases physical constants, ordinarily isotropic as properties of the chi-substrate, acquire apparent directional dependence because the phi-channel projection is metrically anisotropic. The interior of a black hole is identified as chi-space — a fully independent manifold, not merely a transmission channel. A five-dimensional topological defect projected into 3+1 spacetime yields a visible fractal signature of dimension 1.05 (derived from the FKGP barrier dimension D1 = 2.05). Lorentz invariance violation (LIV) is proposed as the dynamical mechanism enabling smooth phi→chi transition without divergence. Hawking radiation is reinterpreted as a weak chi→phi leakage mediated by quantum entanglement on the horizon. Eight falsifiable observational predictions are stated.
