Project management of a residential complex construction with the implementation of green technologies

The purpose of this study is to analyze the effectiveness of implementing green construction technologies in modern investment and construction projects using the example of a residential complex construction project. To achieve this goal, the following tasks were set and solved: 1. Research of green construction technologies used in the investment and construction sector and their integration into projects; 2. Scientometric analysis of investment and construction project management with the implementation of “green technologies”; 3. Analysis of the investment and construction project for the construction of a residential complex with the introduction of green roofs in Moscow to increase the efficiency of the investment and construction project. The study revealed a reduction in energy costs for air conditioning and heat accumulation of premises (a green roof reduces temperature fluctuations of building surfaces by up to 40%). Additional noise insulation (noise reduction from 2 to 10 decibels).
