Information-Dynamic Theory of Stable Actualization Regimes: Conceptual Overview and Mathematical Foundations

This repository contains Version 3.0 of the Information-Dynamic Theory (IDT) Mathematical Core. IDT is a mathematical framework in which physical systems are described through admissibility geometry, actualization dynamics, Fisher information structure, and spectral measures of structural inertia. Version 3.0 consolidates and updates the canonical mathematical foundations developed throughout the v2.x series, including: • No-Zero Actualization Principle (A0)• Information Potential and H-Theorem• Fisher Geometry Formulation• Structural Inertia M(ω)• Actualization Budget Formalism• Three-Time Framework• T0 Selection Framework• Dimensional Stability Window (2 < d < 4)• Operational Slice Formalism• Updated canonical theorem registry and consistency corrections This document serves as the current mathematical reference for the IDT programme and supersedes previous Mathematical Core releases where explicitly stated. The repository is intended as a research reference and theoretical foundation for ongoing work on structural actualization, emergent physical time, admissibility geometry, and information-dynamic approaches to fundamental physics. Status: Canonical Mathematical Core (v3.0).
