Approaches to combating crime using modern technology in criminal law

This scientific article examines conceptual approaches to combating crime directly in the context of digital transformation, including an analysis of the process of integrating advanced technologies into the theory and practice of criminal law. The potential of using big data analytics, as well as various predictive modeling tools, is being explored in order to identify hot spots of criminal activity, including crime prevention.
