This paper is for overco ming the TOP 5 most critical global crises or challenges of our time for 5 Es (in Education, Economy, Energy, Environment, and Equality), all simultaneously within next 20 -25 years or so with the back up plans lining up one after another with the USL 2, 3, 4, 5+ (depending on the monitored progress of the nations around the world).
