Mission 2050: Polycrisis and Ethical Breakthrough - Ethical Policy Opinion on the Future of Canada and the Global System

This publication presents a GRM808EI-based ethical policy opinion on Canada’s future role in the age of polycrisis. It examines ecological, economic, social, political-institutional and defence-industry clusters as interconnected risk fields, and proposes a data-driven ethical decision-support framework for early warning, resilience planning and cross-cluster stabilization. The study introduces GRM808EI indicators - EKI, CGR, SRI, ERA and ERS - together with DSOPS decision bands and the Polycrisis Index (PI), in order to assess systemic risk, identify intervention windows and distinguish between stabilizing and vulnerable zones. The document is not a political statement and does not replace sovereign decision-making. Its purpose is to serve as a strategic mirror and methodological contribution for scientific, institutional and policy dialogue. It is intended to support transparent, non-coercive, human-dignity-centred decision-making in Canada and in the wider global system. The publication includes cluster-level scientific and ethical assessments, fiscal and economic impact analyses, data collection models, index-calculation logic, automated alert mechanisms and scenario pathways for 2025–2050. Abstract
