UG.NUG
This article proposes a conceptual reinterpretation of fundamental physics based on a direct reading of the Universe’s observable responses. It introduces the distinction between the fundamental non‑geometric regime (UG) and the emergent geometric regime (NUG), and presents the Arrow of Emergence as the ordering principle underlying the appearance of particles, atoms, and geometry. The conceptual exposition provides the philosophical and structural background of the UG.NUG reading. The associated formalism — presented in a separate technical document — contains only the minimal operational core: a natural standard, the measurable effect exerted upon it, and the limits of what can be expressed without circularity or anthropogenic conventions. Together, the conceptual exposition and the reduced formalism offer a coherent reinterpretation of mass, time, geometry, and physical interactions, dissolving many of the tensions of the standard cosmological and quantum paradigms without introducing additional hypotheses. The complete formalism associated with this reading is presented in a separate technical document: https://doi.org/10.5281/zenodo.20611277
