Scaling up the hobby: how Joshua Willard built a herpetocultural empire
Josh’s Frogs is a name familiar to nearly every dart frog hobbyist, both in the US and beyond. From selling flightless fruit fly cultures out of his apartment in 2004 to currently operating out of a combined space of 97000 square feet of headquarters, Joshua Willard has turned his passion into a phenomenally successful business operation. Joshua has graciously agreed to speak with RHJ about his early interest in frogs, the building of his company, and visions moving forward.
