R-layer Mode Theory (RLMT) XLI‑O: Observational Support for an AUP-based Dark Sector from GW190728 and JWST

Recent gravitational-wave and high-redshift galaxy observations have opened new possibilities for probing ultra-light scalar fields and early supermassive black hole (SMBH) growth. Within the R-layer Mode Theory (RLMT), we investigate the observational support for the Antimatter Underlying Particle (AUP) as the fundamental constituent of the dark sector. Building on the unified AUP/MUP/CUP mode specification of Appendix X, we show that the ultra-light scalar boson inferred from the gravitational-wave event GW190728 can be naturally identified with an excited AUP mode localized in the strong-curvature region around a rotating black hole. From the Meta-Tension-Field Equation (MTFE), we derive a modified gravitational-wave propagation equation in the presence of an AUP condensate and obtain a rigorous WKB expression for the induced phase shift. We further construct an AUP-driven accretion model for early SMBH growth and demonstrate that it reproduces the enhanced black-hole-to-galaxy mass ratios observed by JWST at high redshift. The combined evidence from gravitational waves and early-universe SMBH observations provides non-trivial support for an AUP-based dark sector and its coupling to visible structures in RLMT.
