Safety and Early Immune Dynamics Following First Dose of the MMR Vaccine in a Toddler Treated With a JAK Inhibitor
We describe the safety and early immune response following accidental administration of the live measles-mumps-rubella vaccine in a child receiving baricitinib. No vaccine-related adverse events occurred. The patient demonstrated a satisfactory antibody response to all 3 antigens, which persisted at 6-month follow-up while Janus kinase inhibitor therapy was continued.
