Wael Constant: The Cosmological Engineer (The Vascular Cosmological Model "SIDRA" --- Version 3.0)
Abstract:This paper introduces the third advanced edition of the Vascular Cosmological Model, designated as "SIDRA v3.0." Transitioning from a static geometric formulation, this work establishes a dynamic framework of interactive physics and predictive cosmic dynamics. At the core of this model is the "Wael Constant" (W = 5.47), acting as a universal topological driving coefficient that governs the transformation of local baryonic matter into potential energy fluxes through higher-dimensional valves manifested as black holes. We provide a rigorous mathematical proof demonstrating that black holes are not nihilistic gravitational singularities where physical laws collapse, but rather interactive cybernetic transformers driving toward a maximum structural saturation limit defined by W^W. The universality of this structural law is empirically validated by fitting observational data with an accuracy exceeding 99% against the masses of stable galactic cores, including Sagittarius A* (Sgr A*) and Messier 87* (M87*), alongside decoding the non-standard, hyper-frenetic mass consumption ("overclocking") of early primordial galaxies observed by the James Webb Space Telescope (such as LID-568). Furthermore, the paper derives a deterministic time function to calculate the remaining charging lifespan of galaxies (Δt), alongside a differential equation monitoring the localized variance of dark energy density. Finally, a radical geometric solution to the baryon asymmetry problem is presented through a 7-brane architecture, structurally balanced and isolated by a neutral fourth "Barzakh" buffer zone across the fifth-dimensional bulk.
