The Optico-Hydrodynamic Vacuum (OHV) Framework: A Unified Scale-Invariant Description from Cosmology to Particle Masses

The Optico-Hydrodynamic Vacuum (OHV) framework treats the physical vacuum as a continuous viscous scalar field on flat Minkowski spacetime. A single dimensionless parameter eta = 0.004182, calibrated exclusively from Pantheon+ Type Ia supernovae, simultaneously constrains six independent physical domains spanning 41 orders of magnitude in length scale. We derive the vacuum substrate mass density, CMB temperature, BAO Jeans scale, nuclear binding energies, Black Star formation threshold, and topological mass quantisation. A Monte Carlo significance test (N = 2 * 10^5 random constants) yields a joint p-value < 5 * 10^-6 (> 4-sigma) for accidental coincidence, establishing the physical reality of the vacuum viscosity parameter. The model makes three falsifiable predictions: a redshift-independent BAO scale, surface-brightness scaling sigma proportional to (1+z)^-1, and chromatic light-curve stretching in Type Ia supernovae. This framework provides a unified, scale-invariant alternative to Lambda-CDM and the Standard Model, replacing arbitrary free parameters with geometric and cosmological constants derived from the vacuum substrate.
