Two-Level Space Model and Emergent MOND: A Parameter-Free Prediction for the Environment Dependence of the Lensing Radial Acceleration Relation
We propose that space is not a pre-existing arena but emerges from matter, spreading outward from each mass at the speed of light c. This single ontological premise — captured by the scalar field equation □A = (8πG/c²)ρA + λ²(1−A) — yields gravity, MOND-like behaviour, cosmic expansion, and quantum uncertainty without dark matter, dark energy, or free parameters beyond a₀ ∾ cH₀. We derive the field exponent α = 1.137 analytically and show A₀ = 0.5 today follows from equilibrium. The potential shape V(A) ∝ (1−A)^(γ) with γ = 3/(2α) ≈ 1.32 is derived geometrically from the retarded light-cone integral, reducing the Pantheon+ tension to Δχ² ≈ 10 (∾1.4σ). Four independent tests support the framework: cosmic chronometers H(z), SPARC rotation curves, KiDS-1000 weak lensing RAR, and the Bullet Cluster convergence profile.
