Behavioral Digital Twin Decision Science: A Self-Evolving Market Intelligence Framework for Strategic Decision-Making in FinTech Ecosystems
The rapid expansion of financial technology (FinTech) has transformed consumer interactions with financial services. Despite substantial advancements in predictive analytics and market intelligence, contemporary decision-support systems employed by FinTech firms predominantly rely on retrospective analyses derived from historical customer behavior. Such approaches often fail to accommodate the evolving, context dependent, and psychologically driven nature of financial decision-making. Consequently, strategic decisions regarding customer acquisition, product innovation, and market positioning may be constrained by static representations of consumer behavior.
