The Black Hole Fabric Energy Cycle Theory (BFECT): A Covariant Compact-Object-Modulated Scalar Dark-Energy Framework

BFECT examines whether the observed formation and growth of compact objects can influence late-time cosmic expansion through a weak, covariantly defined scalar interaction. The proposed model remains within Einstein gravity and introduces a canonical scalar field coupled to a coarse-grained tracer of compact-object populations. This construction preserves total stress-energy conservation, retains the standard tensor-propagation sector, and recovers general relativity with a cosmological constant when the coupling and scalar-potential slope vanish. Black holes are not treated as the complete source of the observed dark-energy density. Instead, their redshift-dependent demographic history acts as a constrained driver of the scalar response and may be reconstructed from active-galactic-nucleus luminosity densities, compact-remnant formation rates, and gravitational-wave energy losses. The paper presents the background field equations, Model A and Model B implementations, initial conditions, parameter degeneracies, observational tests, and explicit falsification criteria. No cosmological dataset is fitted in the present study. The framework is intended for future perturbation analysis, numerical integration, parameter inference, and comparison with cosmological, gravitational-wave, and horizon-scale observations.
