Designing and Fabricating Implant Prosthesis for Full Arch Rehabilitation
AbstractComplete-arch implant prostheses require accurate and standardized laboratory procedures toensure passive fit, occlusal harmony, and long-term success. Errors introduced during impression making, model fabrication, digital integration, and framework processing can compromise prosthetic outcomes. This technical article outlines a structured laboratory workflow for complete-arch prosthodontic rehabilitation, incorporating analog and digital steps. The protocol emphasizes master cast fabrication, verification jig procedures, CAD-CAM framework design, trial evaluation, and definitive prosthesis fabrication. Adoption of this systematic sequence minimizes technical complications and enhances the predictability and efficiency of complete-arch prosthesis fabrication.
