CDN-208 adjudicates the asymptotic-window conflict left by CDN-207. A source-side edge point is admissible only if the full, theta>=20, and theta>=30 floor fits agree in pass/fail and no required fit hits the lower floor bound. Under this rule, delta=0.070 and 0.075 are stable failures, delta=0.0775 and 0.080 are window-unstable, and delta=0.065 remains tail-unresolved. The edge cannot be used as a clean selector boundary; source interval closure remains open.
