The Structural Philosophy Charter

The Structural Philosophy Charter v1.0 is the constitutive charter of the Structural Philosophy (Coherence Cosmology) research program. It is an independent document governing the program as a whole: it states what the program is, which documents constitute it, and the rules by which it may be revised, extended, and inherited. The Charter fixes the program’s identity criteria as five constitutive commitments (a static, fully-realized ontology; internal reading rather than external generation; crystallized reference as the basic relation; binary existence with graded, derived recognizability; and the jurisdiction discipline by which physical magnitudes enter only as labelled input). It sets the is–ought firewall apart as a governing discipline rather than an identity criterion, and lists the revisable variable elements (underlying mathematics, notation, axiomatization, physical correspondences, and the treatment of mind). It declares the program-wide boundary (claims, disavowals, and open problems); states the versioning semantics and the closure of the canon on the Euclidean model, under which the corpus is fixed at the author’s final versions and all further development proceeds as branches; governs branches, derivative works, and contributions, holding that a work which maintains the five constitutive commitments while revising the firewall remains a branch within the program, and that contributions are evaluated by content rather than by conjecture about the contributor; and provides for priority by deposit, citation across renumbering, the genealogy of descent, the conditions under which foundership is historically fixed, the CC BY licence, and the canonical status of the machine-readable source. The Charter governs the corpus of Structural Philosophy: the formal core (SR103EN; SR103EN Formalization), the consciousness extension (SR104EN; SR104EN Formalization), the lexicon (SR108EN), the Hints layer (QG, YM, NS, DE, DM, EP, LI), and the expository Structural Philosophy volumes (SP01–SP03). No physical law or magnitude is derived; physical quantities enter as labelled input, and every correspondence with physics is offered for testing, not as a derivation.
