Ions as Stabilizers or Disruptors of Groove-Specific Hydration Architecture: A Geometric–Temporal Continuation

This publication develops a geometric–temporal framework in which ions are considered not only as electrostatic charges, but as ion-hydration regimes capable of stabilizing or disrupting groove-specific hydration architecture. The central thesis is that ions modify the local water architecture around DNA grooves, and through this modification affect hydration readability and the DNA–enzyme meeting window.

Abstract

This publication develops a geometric–temporal framework in which ions are considered not only as electrostatic charges, but as ion-hydration regimes capable of stabilizing or disrupting groove-specific hydration architecture. The central thesis is that ions modify the local water architecture around DNA grooves, and through this modification affect hydration readability and the DNA–enzyme meeting window.
