The Culture of Weapons and Violence in Shakardara: A Social and Literary Study
This article examines the growing culture of weapons and violence in Shakardara and its impact on society, particularly on young people. The study explores how traditional beliefs related to honor, revenge, and social status contribute to the acceptance of weapons in everyday life. It also discusses the negative effects of this culture on education, social harmony, and youth development. Drawing on local observations and social realities, the article highlights how minor disputes can escalate into long-term conflicts due to the availability of weapons and the influence of social pressure. At the same time, it recognizes the positive changes taking place through education and awareness among the younger generation. The study argues that lasting social progress can only be achieved by promoting knowledge, tolerance, and peaceful conflict resolution. Ultimately, the article emphasizes the need to replace the culture of violence with a culture of education, unity, and development.
