Persistent Record Kernel (PRK): Complete Resh Review One-Doc v0.4
The Persistent Record Kernel (PRK) is a governed systems-theory / persistence-theory toy framework for studying information persistence under degradation. This placeholder deposit preserves the current PRK v0.4 review artifact as a timestamped scholarly record for review and future expansion. The current document includes the preprint-style paper spine, scalar-proxy action/Lagrangian formulation, equation lock, monolithic full-stack test cleanup summary, external literature grounding map, OP-018 energy-condition falsifier pack summary, OP-015b wider robustness sweep summary, and action/Lagrangian review checklist. The governance design is influenced by falsification-first research scaffolding, including the Space-as-a-System (SaaSy) boundary-first governance scaffold, Popperian falsifiability, research-programme discipline, and open-research reproducibility norms. Status: OPEN / TOY / NOT DERIVED PHYSICS YET. Gate: G = 0. Boundary: This is not a cosmology theory, not a dark-energy or dark-matter explanation, not a gravity-modification claim, and not evidence of discovered physical fields. It is a governed toy-model and systems-theory scaffold for review.
