Topological Spacetime Modification via Lateral Junction Stitching of Counter-Rotating Hyperbolic Casimir Cavities

The classical exotic energy requirement for wormhole formation is 2.693 x 10^18 J at a 1 nm throat. No Casimir device gets anywhere near that. This paper eliminates the requirement entirely through geometry. Two identical devices placed side by side create a shared boundary where the extrinsic curvature jump [K] = 0 by symmetry. Same reason two identical soap bubbles share a flat wall. Equal pressure on both sides, zero surface energy needed. The Israel junction condition gives zero classical junction energy. The barrier that made wormholes seem impossible energetically is gone. What remains is quantum gravitational. The tunnelling suppression factor is e^(-10^64) and nothing in this design touches that. Whether ER=EPR or quantum gravity fluctuations reduce it is an open question this paper cannot answer. What it can say is that the classical obstacle has been removed and the question is now one for fundamental theory, not engineering. The device uses h-BN Casimir arrays, counter-rotating GRIN media, metamaterial amplification and a petawatt laser converging at a focal point. The measurable signal is a Sagnac phase shift of 8.78 x 10^-4 rad at 100 krpm, above the detection threshold of existing fiber-optic gyroscopes. Every component technology has been individually demonstrated. Wormhole formation can occur. This paper does not claim it will. It claims the geometry is right, the classical barrier is zero, and the path to testing it in a laboratory exists.
