Survey and Reader's Guide to UGP Physics

This survey covers the 52 UGP Physics papers (P01-P52), providing a one-paragraph summary of each paper, a thematic grouping into nine natural clusters, an annotated logical dependency graph showing how the UGP results sit within the broader Reflexive Reality programme, reading paths for different research backgrounds, and the five-status epistemic taxonomy (A_Lean, A_MDL, A/D, B, D) used throughout the corpus. UGP Physics is the quantitative branch of the Reflexive Reality programme, sibling to NEMS. Where the NEMS papers establish why the Standard Model structure is the only consistent option, the UGP papers ask what numerical values the masses, couplings, and quantum numbers must take - and derive them from a single uniquely selected integer seed via a deterministic arithmetic cascade. Papers P30-P52 extend this programme into the electroweak mixing angle, CKM mixing, QCD structure, quantum mechanics, emergent gravity from the Phi_MDL continuum field, a complete perturbative quantum-gravity description, the full 3+1D architecture via the Three-Tape CMCA, first-principles cosmological predictions, a synthesis monograph unifying the full derivation chain, a condensed matter realization of the GTE polynomial as a 7-state spin lattice model, the polynomial certificate of transputation (which classifies quantum adjudication at exactly the halting degree), and the PSL(2,7) algebraic structure of the GTE framework. Two primary falsifiable predictions are derived: the tensor-to-scalar ratio r = 0 (testable at LiteBIRD) and the PMNS Dirac CP phase delta_CP = 205.71 degrees. This guide does not require prior familiarity with UGP or Reflexive Reality; it can be read as the first paper in the series.
