Ölçek-Bağımsız Psikolojik Harbin Tarihsel Seyri: Antik Dünyadan Dijital Kırılmaya \\\ The Historical Trajectory of Scale-Independent Psychological Warfare: From the Ancient World to the Digital Rupture
This study examines the historical portability of the Scale-Independent Psychological Warfare (SIPW) model. Rather than asking whether psychological warfare is a modern invention, it investigates how the structural patterns now described as psychological warfare emerged across different historical periods and communication infrastructures. The Ancient World, the Mongol Empire, the Printing Revolution, the Radio Era, the Cold War, and the Digital Age are analyzed as comparative historical stations. The study argues that while the structural skeleton of psychological warfare has remained remarkably stable, its operational capacities—including speed, scale, synchronization, centralization, deniability, and personalization—have undergone significant transformations.Instead of reducing psychological warfare to specific actors or ideologies, the article conceptualizes it as a recurring structural phenomenon continuously reconfigured through changing technological and institutional environments.
