CDN-210: The TTY Gate

CDN-210 defines TTY as Transit Timing Yield: a post-null, mode-projected audit ledger derived from standard TTV data, where TTV remains Transit Timing Variation. A TTY residual is admissible only after linear ephemeris, ordinary N-body/TTV dynamics, stellar activity, instrument systematics, and ephemeris updates are frozen and passed. The protocol is paid; no TTY detection, entropy-time amplitude, atmosphere, habitability, or biosignature claim is paid.
