Intra-System Conflict under Significance and Admissibility Constraints
This technical note develops a within-human application layer for the existing GTCS coordination-conflict architecture. The paper does not define human conflict as a divergence between significance and admissibility. Instead, a human-processing model must first identify one human host and two distinct model-declared internal system roles, establish their eligibility for the ordered A/B coordination interface of the Core conflict architecture, and align them to an exact ready-and-defined coordination evaluation. The current human conflict value is then imported unchanged from the Core classifier. The human layer does not recompute, vote on, or reinterpret the underlying compatibility or conflict result. Significance and transformation-side admissibility enter only after current conflict has been independently established. Significance may be used as an optional participant- or pair-linked readout under its own frame. Transformation-side admissibility records remain exact candidate-relative records imported from the structural-transformation architecture. Neither significance nor admissibility defines, causes, or scales current conflict by construction. Additional human content may be represented through separately typed symbolic-content, role-referential, moral-content, identity-related, displacement-linked, accessibility-related, overload-linked, or updating-related readouts. These readouts do not create the conflict value and cannot overwrite it. Historical labels such as direct, displaced, symbolic, role, moral, relational, action, and identity-bound conflict are therefore not retained as one formal subtype taxonomy. Only those aspects supported by independently typed source records survive as bounded readout families. Current conflict remains distinct from burden, persistence, escalation, locking, transformation, resolution, stabilization, support-setting need, protection, future effect, and clinical interpretation. The resulting construction provides a provenance-preserving within-human bridge to the frozen Core conflict architecture while keeping significance, structural admissibility, human content, and downstream dynamics as separate owner surfaces.
