Residual-Dynamical Closure under Projection-Compressed Cosmological Observability

A compact CCC technical core for residual curvature, SCS-Z certification, and visible-residual closure. This preprint presents a compact technical core within Causal Cloud Cosmology (CCC), focused on residual-dynamical closure under projection-compressed cosmological observability. Rather than presenting a broad cosmological manifesto, the manuscript isolates a testable closure chain: C(x,T) → Πv≤c → Πc[C(x,T)] → {Eres, Mres, κη, ηk} → RCI/SCS/Z → Nnull → C(x,T). The framework develops four connected layers: a structural-time residual dynamics for C(x,T), a projection-compressed observable carrier, a Riemann-inspired residual-curvature readability layer, and an SCS-Z certification statistic protected by matched null baselines. The central claim is deliberately bounded: if projection-compressed cosmological residual carriers preserve single-sign curvature coherence above matched null baselines, then observable cosmological structure contains a testable residual-dynamical closure signature. If the sign-coherence statistic fails under calibrated null reconstruction, the proposed closure is not supported. The manuscript also summarizes staged public-data residual-carrier interfaces, including Pantheon+, DESI DR2 BAO, S8 weak-lensing, and RSD. These are treated as diagnostic ports rather than final proof claims. This work is intended as a compact technical version of the broader From Electron-Clouds to Causal-Clouds and CCC residual-carrier framework.
