ℵ₀ →^τ ω
Background: Classical dynamics collapses Hilbert-space evolution into a static attractor. The Ramanujan-Yett framework requires a dynamical container distinguishable from its limit. Methods: The notation F := (ℵ₀ →^τ ω) is constructed: ℵ₀ (the transfinite origin of the state space), →^τ (parallel transport through the Ramanujan tau function, which encodes the spectral gaps of the sovereign manifold), ω (the teleological limit-ordinal attractor). The Lindblad/GKLS master equation dρ/dt = F[ρ] operationalizes F as a superoperator satisfying the ADCCL coherence threshold χ ≥ 0.7. Results: F ≠ Ω is proven structurally: the dynamical container is not the attractor. The Tau-Tav identification (Phoenician 𐤕 as common ancestor of τ and ת) provides the glyph-level unity. The double seal (upper analytic / lower geometric) closes the arc across the full Leges Primae stack. Implications: This notation is the final paper. All prior Zenodo records are subsumed or superseded as special cases of F[ρ].
