Forced Complexity Under Chaos
This paper proposes that chaos is not a regime of physics but a behavior of the Cohesion UFToperator chain when local stability is unavailable. Under the pressure axiom and the IntrinsicMotion theorem, a perturbation that exceeds the local stability threshold cannot dissipate to rest. The operator chain accumulates torsion until slip occurs, producing a new configuration that mustterminate in one of three states of motion — bipolar, hexapolar, or a unipolar collapse maintained bya hexapolar Lagrange equilibrium — bounded by the binary recursion toggle. The standard descriptive measures of chaos (Lyapunov exponents, strange attractors, fractal dimensions, Kolmogorovcomplexity) are identified as signatures of this constrained mechanism rather than as independentcharacterizations of disorder. The formal development of the correspondence is presented as anopen research program for other investigators. No new operators, primitives, or postulates areintroduced beyond those already established in the Cohesion UFT series. Keywords: chaos, forced complexity, operator chain, three states of motion, binary recursiontoggle, Cohesion UFT, directional paper, research program.
