Title From Electron-Clouds to Causal-Clouds: A CCC Construction of Projection-Compressed Observability, Observable-Residual Formation, and Cosmic Closure

This work presents the most consolidated bridge construction to date within Causal Cloud Cosmology (CCC), developing a CCC-native path from electron-cloud accessibility to causal-cloud continuity. The paper reconstructs observable reality as a projection-compressed observable residual of accumulated causal structure. Its central closure chain is: C(x,T) → Πv≤c → Πc[C(x,T)] → {Eres, Mres, κη, ηk} → RCI/SCS/Z → C(x,T). Within this closure chain, cosmic expansion, dark matter, dark energy, black-hole boundary closure, observable time, and residual mass-energy readability are not treated as isolated topics. They are reconstructed as different observable-residual readouts of the same accumulated causal structure C(x,T) after light-speed accessibility limitation and projection compression. Cosmic expansion is interpreted as the large-scale readable unfolding of projection-compressed residual structure. Dark energy is interpreted as the directional expansion residual associated with accumulated structural time and residual energy readability. Dark matter is interpreted as observable residual mass whose electromagnetic readability is weak but whose gravitational, curvature, lensing, or growth-side readability remains present. Black-hole boundary closure is interpreted as the limiting case in which outward residual accessibility approaches closure near the light-speed boundary while external curvature, accretion, lensing, and gravitational-wave channels remain readable. The manuscript integrates electron-cloud localization, causal-accessibility coordinates, light-speed-bounded projection, observable residual energy, observable residual mass, residual-curvature readability, calibrated observable carriers, RMEC residual mass–energy closure, Hubble/S8 diagnostic ports, RSD as a velocity-field residual layer, and null-baseline certification into one coherent CCC bridge framework. The resulting CCC cosmic closure is not a claim that all cosmological problems are finally solved. Rather, it provides a bounded, testable, and revisable closure grammar: observable residuals are read through energy-side, mass-side, curvature-side, velocity-field, and time-ordering channels; then they are checked through RCI, SCS-Z, and matched null baselines before returning to the accumulated structure C(x,T). RMEC residual mass–energy closure, simplified data-layer carrier equation, corrected reference structure, and strengthened cosmic-closure framing for cosmic expansion, dark matter, dark energy, black-hole boundary closure, Hubble/S8 diagnostics, and residual mass-energy readability.
