TQNT-V5.3 — Synthesis: kappa_CJ universality on SPARC and concentration-mass slope tension

TQNT-V5.3 synthesis paper establishing the kappa_CJ universality on 175 SPARC galaxies (chi2/N = 3.05) and documenting the 18.4σ tension between V5.3 predicted concentration-mass slope (+0.573 ± 0.036) and Wechsler-Bullock observed (-0.10). This tension is the empirical open question addressed by V5.4-V5.7. This deposit complements the V5 monograph (10.5281/zenodo.19131538).
