Unified Entropy Theory

We propose a unified framework for entropy dynamics, formulated as a single general equation governing integration processes in diverse systems. The theory is based on a minimal differential law for the temporal evolution of entropy, \[ \frac{dS}{dt} = D e^{-(\gamma - \alpha)t},\] where \(D\) is an integration constant, \(\alpha\) represents an effective growth (or driving) rate, and \(\gamma\) represents an effective dissipative (or stabilizing) rate. This simple structure generates a rich variety of behaviors, including monotonic increase, saturation, overshoot, and effective stationarity, depending on the relative balance between \(\alpha\) and \(\gamma\). We show that the same formalism can be applied to physical, informational, and abstract systems, as long as their macroscopic behavior can be described in terms of an entropy-like quantity and an underlying integration process. In this sense, the proposed equation functions as a minimal unifying law: it does not depend on the microscopic details of the system, but only on the effective rates that characterize its integration and dissipation. This work aims to provide a compact mathematical lens through which heterogeneous phenomena can be compared, classified, and interpreted within a single entropy-based framework. 本研究は、熱力学、統計力学、情報理論、量子情報、カオス理論、および社会・心理・生物系に現れる多様なエントロピー概念が、単一の構造原理に基づくことを示すものである。 既存のエントロピー定義は独立に発展してきたが、いずれも「偏りの消失」「識別性の喪失」「情報の不可逆的散逸」という共通構造を持つことが知られている(「the disappearance of bias, the loss of distinguishability, and the irreversible dissipation of information」\cite{UnifiedEntropy})。 本研究では、この共通構造を抽出し、初期値 $S(0)$、散逸速度 $D$、抵抗 $\gamma$、促進 $\alpha$ の4 つの最小パラメータによってエントロピー進化を記述する統一エントロピー方程式 \[\frac{dS}{dt} = D e^{-(\gamma - \alpha)t}\] を導入する(「the universal form of entropy evolution is expressed as $dS/dt = D e^{-(\gamma-\alpha)t}$」\cite{UnifiedEntropy})。 さらに、Masaru Hoteishiki により、伝導(conduction)とエントロピーが同一の離散構造の二側面であることを示す(「conduction and entropy emerge as two aspects of a single discrete dynamical structure」\cite{Hoteishiki})。 また、一般伝導構造の導出により、熱・電気・拡散・粘性などの伝導現象がエントロピー散逸構造の特例であることを示す(「conduction phenomena … can be regarded as special cases of this structure」\cite{GeneralConduction})。 これらの結果は、力・情報・非平衡・複雑系を貫く普遍原理としてエントロピーを再構築する新しい統一理論を与える。
