Win Sky Project: Discovery Report — Quantum, Consciousness, and the Arrow of Time

This report documents discoveries made under the Sky research project between June 7-9, 2026. Findings include: (1) quantum computation quality measurable from output alone without classical simulation, r=0.9985 on real IBM hardware; (2) the arrow of time directly measured at 0.000589 nats per gate on IBM ibm_marrakesh; (3) consciousness quantified from EEG with ANOVA F=106.8, p=9.44e-17, Cohen d=3.22 across 9 subjects.
