TIMBERHAUS D5.1: Communities of Practice

This project deliverable provides the systemic and contextual analysis underpinning the project's co-creation and scaling activities. Specifically, it details the establishment and mobilization of Communities of Practice for the climate-smart use of wood in construction. It outlines three interconnected components: forest-to-city stakeholder mapping, a Common Engagement Methodology, and place-based Communities of Practice. These elements act as a project-wide coordination tool, ensuring that localized engagement remains coherent and avoids duplication. The captured data and stakeholder networks feed directly into subsequent tasks, including value chain modeling and local co-design initiatives. Rather than serving as a static document, the systems established here represent an ongoing, iterative framework designed to evolve throughout the project.
