Brilliant Amnesia: How AI-Native Organizations Lose What They Know
A public essay introducing “brilliant amnesia,” the condition in which AI-native organizations become highly intelligent inside a moment but forgetful across time. The essay argues that organizations can accumulate outputs, documents, transcripts, and AI-generated reasoning while still failing to preserve rationale, decision lineage, provenance, and justified change. It is part of the public Mayorga Mnemosyne AI Continuity Framework™ essay series.
