Nested Vortex Domains in the ECSM Framework: Spin, Tidal Locking, and Celestial Circulation as Finite-Response Phase Structures

This paper develops the nested vortex-domain hypothesis within the Emergent Condensate Superfluid Medium (ECSM) framework. It proposes that spin, orbit, tidal locking, galaxy-scale rotation, and filament-scale angular momentum may be interpreted as nested circulation states of a finite-response coherent medium. Standard mechanisms such as angular-momentum conservation, tidal torque theory, tidal dissipation, and spin-orbit resonance are not rejected, but are reinterpreted as effective descriptions of deeper medium-response circulation architecture. The paper uses superfluid vortex dynamics as a structural analogue and outlines observational tests involving galaxy rotation curves, weak-lensing boundary gradients, spin alignment, tidal-locking statistics, ring/jet systems, and cosmic-web filament spin.
