PHILIA-EcoSensory Swarm Phase SC-8 Exploratory Report: Substrate Registry Characterization and Pre-registration Candidate Derivation — 182-Substrate Integrated Registry Family-Stratified AC1 × MSE Distribution Analysis

This report presents PHILIA Phase SC-8, an exploratory characterization of the 182-substrate integrated registry assembled under Written Protocol Annex v1.3 (DOI: 10.5281/zenodo.20576962). No additional simulations were conducted; all analyses are descriptive statistics derived from the locked substrate registry (SHA256: 3948b55114a6bad44296fa78cb6d53f8fc89d553137d3e6c0d683023344f7c9a). SC-8 extends the SC series to four substrate families — Financial (n=30), RealWorld (n=90), Physics (n=18), Synthetic (n=44) — representing the largest and most structurally diverse registry in the SC series to date (n=182 main; n=227 grand total including SC-3 sensitivity substrates). The registry reveals substantial family-stratified heterogeneity in AC1 and MSE distributions. Registry-level Cochran's Q = 40.50 (df=3, p<0.001) confirms heterogeneous MSE-AC1 structure across families, consistent with the substrate-class-conditional modulation framing established in SC-7. Four byproduct findings are documented: (1) LIGO H1/L1 framework incompatibility (ADF cascade failure, reserved for SC-9 ARFIMA treatment); (2) sw_temperature over-differencing signal (raw AC1=0.948 → differenced AC1=−0.348); (3) SC-3 chaos t160k stability classification (Stable: rossler/duffing/lorenz96; Unstable: lorenz/halvorsen/thomas/chen/sprott_b); (4) AR(1) φ-sweep AC1 linearity confirmed at SC-8 scale (deviation < 0.002). Two SC-8 pre-registration candidates are derived from SC-7 §6: H-SC8-Primary (Part 2 real-world standalone AC1 θ-sweep monotonicity confirmatory) and H-SC8-Secondary (substrate family as moderator of AC1 modulation direction). Gate-0 v10 Cycle 2: UNCONDITIONAL ACCEPT (크리스 / Claude Opus / Anthropic). Part of the PHILIA-EcoSensory Swarm SC series. Measurement is life. Abstract

This report presents PHILIA Phase SC-8, an exploratory characterization of the 182-substrate integrated registry assembled under Written Protocol Annex v1.3 (DOI: 10.5281/zenodo.20576962). No additional simulations were conducted; all analyses are descriptive statistics derived from the locked substrate registry (SHA256: 3948b55114a6bad44296fa78cb6d53f8fc89d553137d3e6c0d683023344f7c9a). SC-8 extends the SC series to four substrate families — Financial (n=30), RealWorld (n=90), Physics (n=18), Synthetic (n=44) — representing the largest and most structurally diverse registry in the SC series to date (n=182 main; n=227 grand total including SC-3 sensitivity substrates). The registry reveals substantial family-stratified heterogeneity in AC1 and MSE distributions. Registry-level Cochran's Q = 40.50 (df=3, p<0.001) confirms heterogeneous MSE-AC1 structure across families, consistent with the substrate-class-conditional modulation framing established in SC-7. Four byproduct findings are documented: (1) LIGO H1/L1 framework incompatibility (ADF cascade failure, reserved for SC-9 ARFIMA treatment); (2) sw_temperature over-differencing signal (raw AC1=0.948 → differenced AC1=−0.348); (3) SC-3 chaos t160k stability classification (Stable: rossler/duffing/lorenz96; Unstable: lorenz/halvorsen/thomas/chen/sprott_b); (4) AR(1) φ-sweep AC1 linearity confirmed at SC-8 scale (deviation < 0.002). Two SC-8 pre-registration candidates are derived from SC-7 §6: H-SC8-Primary (Part 2 real-world standalone AC1 θ-sweep monotonicity confirmatory) and H-SC8-Secondary (substrate family as moderator of AC1 modulation direction).
