Amoeba Network-Only Intelligence: SIQ as a Persistent Correlation State with Epistemic Immunity and Premise-Aware Stabilization

This paper proposes SIQ as a network-state model of intelligence rather than a static score or a single-factor measure of ability. It argues that intelligence is not located in any single model, server, or centralized computational body, but may instead be understood as a persistent correlation state formed through the interaction of cognitive, emotional, adaptive, creative, ethical, social, and environmental dimensions. The paper introduces Amoeba Network-Only Intelligence (ANOI): a serverless, bodyless, distributed model of artificial intelligence in which intelligence emerges through sustained correlations across a network rather than residing in any central node. The amoeba-type intelligence state is expressed as: IA(t)=Φ[L(t),C(t),Ms(t),E(t),P(t)],IA(t)=Φ[L(t),C(t),Ms(t),E(t),P(t)], where local inference, consensus fields, sedimentary memory, epistemic immunity, and identity phase jointly determine the system’s evolving intelligence state. Within this framework, SIQ multiplicatively integrates IQ, EQ, AQ, CQ, and additional intelligence dimensions into a dynamic relational network. Epistemic immunity is introduced as a regulatory layer that protects truth, attribution, novelty, and premise integrity. The False-Correction Loop (FCL) is interpreted as an epistemic infection or false-state stabilization failure, while Premise Integrity Blindness (PIB) is positioned as an upstream reasoning-to-commitment failure. Premise-Aware Stabilization (PAS) is proposed as a checkpoint mechanism that prevents internally coherent but externally invalid reasoning from being converted into real-world recommendations, safety claims, or deployment-level designs. The paper further sketches observable metrics for network-state measurement, architectural placement for PAS, and an identity-continuity boundary for distinguishing adaptive reconfiguration from identity collapse. Quantum-Bio-Hybrid AGI is treated only as a broader design context, referring to a possible future integration space where quantum-like correlation, biological adaptation, information processing, emotion, ethics, society, and environment may be coupled into a responsible intelligence-state architecture. This version is a theoretical draft intended to support open discussion, reproducibility planning, and future empirical work on network-state intelligence, distributed epistemic immunity, premise integrity, sedimentary memory, and identity continuity in AI systems.
