Probiotic‐Derived <scp>CpG</scp> ‐ <scp>DNA</scp> Enhances Food Allergy Immunotherapy via <scp>TLR9</scp> ‐Dependent Breg Induction and <scp>IL</scp> ‐10 Epigenetic Activation
Summary The L. rhamnosus ‐derived 5′‐GACGTT‐3′ CpG‐DNA motif induces Breg and mucosal tolerogenic network modulation. It extends TLR9‐Breg‐mediated immune tolerance to the context of mucosal food allergy.
