Note on Version 2: This revision corrects Chapter 3 to restore the mathematical and mechanical consistency of the vacuum's evolution. Contrary to the initial version, it is formally re-established here that cosmic expansion dilutes the linear mass of the Fabric. It is precisely this drop in impedance that allows the secular acceleration of light and maintains the absolute invariance of the Planck Force (F_p).This article completes the kinematic unification between the quantum scale and the macroscopic deployment of the Universe. By explicating the mechanical nature of the spatial Fabric as a continuous medium endowed with a one-dimensional inertial density, we demonstrate that the universal gravitational constant G and the speed of light c are co-dependent state variables, subject to the absolute invariance of the Planck Force F_p. Finally, by linking the global areal constant A_m to the ratio of macroscopic and microscopic actions (h'/h), we resolve the paradox of quantum entanglement (EPR) through a topological clarification of the nature of dimensions: three-dimensional space is merely a holographic emergence generated by the temporal sweeping of a line of pure tension.
