The Blind Spot Protocol: Institutional Blindness Coefficient and Default Architecture in Unidimensional Financial Models
This article introduces the Institutional Blindness Coefficient (CIB) as a conceptual and operational instrument for assessing systemic uncertainty within managerial, investment, and institutional decision-making processes. The proposed framework proceeds from the assumption that unidimensional financial models, when detached from legal, reputational, technological, ethical, and operational variables, generate structural vulnerability and increase the probability of institutional destabilisation. The study further proposes the Dynamic Security Assessment (DSA) Protocol as a multidimensional due diligence architecture designed to reduce operational opacity and improve institutional resilience under conditions of uncertainty. The methodology extends the multidimensional sustainability framework previously developed within the Digital Semantic Armor (DSA) model and introduces a procedural mechanism for identifying and evaluating hidden institutional risks prior to commitment formation. It is argued that the inability to identify and verify critical hidden parameters produces not merely financial exposure but a degradation of institutional governability itself. The framework may therefore serve as an analytical instrument for strategic auditing, complex partnership evaluation, interdisciplinary governance, and long-term institutional planning.
