Topological Metamaterials and MTU-Resonant Routing: Synthesizing the Perfect Informational Semiconductor
Classical materials science relies on the mechanical manipulation of electron band gaps and atomic doping to engineer semiconductors. The Information Constraint Framework (ICF) dictates an alternative reality: materials are localized information-processing matrices, and electricity is the thermodynamic routing of 1D data vectors (electrons) across a spatial gradient. Utilizing the previously established proton-to-electron Maximum Transmission Unit (MTU) geometric limit of 6π⁵ ≈ 1836.118, this paper proposes the synthesis of MTU-Resonant Topological Metamaterials. By manipulating the localized spatial capacity thresholds within a computational matrix, we computationally demonstrate the emergence of a perfect directional data diode and a frictionless 2D routing transistor. Tensor calculus (numpy.gradient) verifies that MTU-optimized spatial boundaries drop dynamic tensor shock to 0.0007%, while artificially restricted capacity vectors trigger catastrophic buffer overloads (25.1% Tensor Shock), establishing absolute informational insulators without the use of classical mechanical forces. Included within this manuscript and deposit are the fully transparent, mathematically falsifiable Python tensor algorithms utilized to evaluate spatial capacity limits and algorithmic tensor shock.
