Kasei-Theory I.Readout: Readout Without Access

This paper presents readout within the first system of Kasei-Theory as a non-modal readability maintainability architecture. The paper does not propose a theory of cognition, interpretation, semantic access, observation, disclosure, recognition, or phenomenological apprehension. Instead, it fixes readout, constrained readability, configurational differentiation, unreadability, local maintainability, drift, and constrained readout conditions as distributed structural positions within constrained local readability maintainability. Readout is not treated as cognition or access, but as a constrained condition under which configurational differentiation remains locally readable without representational grounding. Readout does not establish access. Readout does not establish interpretation. Readout does not establish semantic disclosure. Readability does not establish cognition. Readout does not establish phenomenological apprehension. Configurational readout does not establish representational accessibility, subjective intelligibility, or total readability stabilization. The first system remains non-total and non-final without epistemological grounding, representational access, phenomenological manifestation, or final philosophical closure. No subject is presupposed. No representational accessibility is secured. No total readability stabilization is completed. This paper is part of Kasei-Theory.
