A Locked Elastic Scattering Shape Test of an Electron-Like Packet in the ECSM Framework

This paper presents V32 of the electron-like packet programme in the Emergent Condensate Superfluid Medium (ECSM) framework. V32 is a locked non-doorway theoretical-reference elastic scattering shape test. It follows V29, which established a finite elastic scattering-amplitude doorway; V30, which froze the radiative/amplitude stack; and V31, which passed the first locked non-doorway running-response test. The purpose of V32 is not to construct a new scattering doorway. Instead, it freezes the inherited V21b–V31 packet chain, the V29 scattering form factor, and the V31 running-response input before comparison, then tests the resulting ECSM angular scattering shape against an externally specified Rutherford/Mott-like theoretical reference. The inherited values are fixed before evaluation: q_eff = −0.9993035720499918 E_rest = 514.0698767738036 keV alpha_fs = 0.0072973525692838015 k_response,chi=1 = 5140.698767738036 keV The V31 running-response plateau is inherited as: Pi_ECSM^plateau = 0.007146727844882419 No measured scattering cross-section data are used as a fit, no parameters are adjusted after comparison, and failure is explicitly allowed by protocol. The final V32 audit returns: PARTIAL_PASS_LOCKED_ELASTIC_SCATTERING_SHAPE_TEST with 20/22 criteria passed. The locked ECSM scattering profiles remain finite, the Mott-like spin factor remains bounded and positive, large-angle fixed-grid suppression passes, extreme-transfer finite suppression passes, and the no-fit/no-overclaim audit passes. However, the strict low-transfer angular-shape thresholds fail. The maximum low-transfer shape-relative difference is 0.35709712178889474, and the mean low-transfer shape-relative difference is 0.11318908339206013. The fixed-grid maximum transfer is q_max = 10979.69097571184 keV, where the ECSM-to-reference ratio is 0.1008297207504789. At the extreme transfer value q = 10^8 keV, the cross-section ratio is 2.4820062912362438×10^-9. The result is therefore a controlled partial pass. V32 confirms finite locked scattering behaviour and strong high-transfer finite-response suppression, but exposes a low-transfer angular-shape tension: the frozen V29 minimal finite-transfer form factor distorts the Rutherford/Mott-like reference shape beyond the strict locked thresholds. This paper does not claim full QED scattering, a renormalised S-matrix, a precision Mott/Rutherford prediction, or measured scattering-data agreement.
