Spiral Experience Surfaces with PADC-CAS Pre-Action Gate

Abstract. This note proposes an illustrative reference architecture for trace-preserving AI-mediated learning and human-authorized action. It extends the earlier Phở Toán Học prototype by separating resonance from truth, dissonance from evidence, trace from attention, and emergency action from gate clearance. The architecture introduces Dissonance Triage, Persistent Anomaly Memory, trace-preserving salience decay, dual-mode reactivation, and an Emergency Override Sur-face. It is not an implementation standard, safety certification, or validated mechanism, but a structured design constraint and audit surface for discussion and further testing.
