Cybernetic Regulation of Body Mass: Overcoming the Limitations of Restrictive Dieting Through the MSPM–NASP Framework

Why do 95% of restrictive diets fail in the long term? Because they fight human biology instead of regulating it. This theoretical perspective challenges the conventional "calorie counting and starvation" paradigm of body mass management. From a systems biology standpoint, chronic weight issues are not a failure of willpower, but a consequence of a disrupted cybernetic system trapped in allostatic overload and physiological imbalance. This paper introduces a revolutionary direction in bio-digital technology: the dual-axis MSPM–NASP framework, built upon the principle of information-matter convergence. The core innovation of this framework lies in its unified cybernetic design: the Neuroacoustic Sound Pattern (NASP) is a precise digital copy (digital twin) of the physical Molecularly Structured Protein Matrix (MSPM). By addressing the Gut–Brain Axis simultaneously from two functional directions using the same structural information encoded into different media, this model demonstrates how body mass can be optimized naturally, bypassing stress-induced interventions: Top-Down Regulation (Digital Axis): Utilizing the NASP component—a highly specific 431.3 Hz Brownian acoustic matrix derived as the digital translation of the physical substrate—to shift the central nervous system from chronic sympathetic dominance toward autonomic parasympathetic balance. Bottom-Up Support (Physical Axis): Implementing the yeast-derived Molecularly Structured Protein Matrix (MSPM) to stabilize the intestinal barrier, realign the microbiota, and restore peripheral insulin and leptin signaling at the biochemical level. When the digital twin (NASP) attenuates systemic stress signaling in the brain, the gastrointestinal environment becomes uniquely receptive to its physical counterpart (MSPM). Explore the structural architecture of biological homeostasis, where weight management transitions from forced deprivation to cybernetic efficiency and metabolic longevity. https://doi.org/10.5281/zenodo.20433513 This publication includes both the full conceptual paper (PDF) and the high-resolution functional block diagram (Figure 1, available as a separate image file for standalone evaluation).
