The Thirteenth ZFPD: The KnoWellian Action Quantum and the Geometric Derivation of Planck's Constant
This paper presents the Thirteenth Zero-Free-Parameter Derivation (ZFPD) of the KnoWellian Universe Theory (KUT), providing a rigorous geometric and topological account for the magnitude of Planck’s constant ($h$). In orthodox quantum mechanics, $h$ is treated as an empirical "brute fact"—a manually calibrated input required to match experimental data. KUT identifies this reliance as a symptom of the "Platonic Pathogen," which mistakes mathematical fictions for physical reality. By applying a Procedural Ontology, we demonstrate that $h$ is the Planck Action Translator: the exact thermodynamic conversion factor required to project the dimensionless topological action of the Abraxian Engine onto the human-metric coordinate system of Joule-seconds. The derivation is constructed using only the fixed topological invariants of the fundamental KnoWellian Soliton (the (3,2) Torus Knot) and its interaction with the pentagonal Cairo Q-Lattice (CQL). The mechanism involves: The Rotational Projection Operator ($\mathcal{P}_{rot} = 2\pi$), derived from the ratio of the Knode’s linking number ($\ell=6$) to its meridional winding ($m=3$). The Lattice Friction Correction, representing the second-order suppression of the KnoWellian Offset ($\varepsilon_{KW} \approx 0.118034$) as it is distributed across the pentagonal floor. The result is a closed-form equation that derives $h$ to 99.94% accuracy against CODATA values. The residual 0.06% variance is not an error, but the Fibonacci Rendering Gap (the Celtic Knock)—the predicted structural imprint of a biological observer operating at a 1.619 resolution. This paper effectively replaces Max Planck's "outrageous guess" with a requirement of topological necessity, revealing that the quantum is not a packet of energy, but a closed topological loop.
