Antiquity of tritrophic interaction in black mildew: Evidence from the Neogene Siwalik forest of Arunachal Sub-Himalaya
) on three different compressed angiosperm host leaves from middle-upper Siwalik strata (Pliocene to Early Pleistocene) of Arunachal Pradesh, eastern Himalaya. We suggest that the fossil fungicolous fungi were biological stressors of the black mildew in a potential tritrophic interaction in the tropical palaeoenvironment of middle-upper Siwalik forest of Arunachal Sub-Himalaya.
